Thank you for your interest in Notre Dame Catholic School. Notre Dame has an Early Childhood 3-year-old program, Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten Program and Kindergarten thru 8th grade, with Extended Day available as well for all grade levels. Notre Dame is accredited by the Florida Catholic Conference whose accrediting practices are approved by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools
Admissions Policy
The open admission policy of Notre Dame Catholic School (NDCS) allows no person to be discriminated against on the basis of race, color, or ethnic origin, nor is the staff hired or assigned on the basis of race, color, or ethnic origin.
Although we wish we could give admission to everyone that desires to come to NDCS, there are several factors that may prevent us from offering your child admissions. Academics, our learning assessment, space availability, and/or our ability to meet the child’s academic and behavior needs.
Students attend Notre Dame Catholic School by invitation. The invitation to attend may be withdrawn at any time if a student exhibits behavioral or academic difficulties. The Admissions Committee is responsible for the final decision in the acceptance of new students and re-registration of current students.
Step 1
We offer prospective families private tours of our school. Tours are available by appointment. At the conclusion of your tour, we will provide information on submitting an application and information about our school, tuition, and financial aid options. Call the Admissions Office or click here today to schedule yours!
Step 2
After visiting our campus during your personal tour, information on completing an Online Application is provided. Applications are reviewed by the review committee considering all aspects of an applicant's file to admit qualified, mission-aligned students who will succeed in our rigorous, faith-based program.
Step 3
Kindergarten:
Admissions testing is scheduled in February/March. The kindergarten teaching teams, and administration, administer the assessment to prospective students in a friendly classroom setting to determine readiness for the program.

1st - 8th Grades:
Shadow and assessment days are scheduled individually by the Admissions Office upon completion of the application. The prospective 1st-8th grade student will visit NDCS for an entire school day, spend some time in the classroom with a host student, and take their assessment.
Step 4
After all necessary documents are received and step 3 is completed the admissions team will determine an acceptance decision. Decisions are sent to the parent/guardian of the applicant via email.
